Working in school libraries is rewarding but chaotic and challenging at times, and our own personal wellbeing is essential to creating a happy and productive workplace. Over two sessions Steve Francis, an ex-principal turned motivational speaker, shared pertinent and practical words of wisdom about time management and team management. He stressed that we all need to enjoy what we do, and this will happen if we plan well and make wise decisions about our time, professional relationships, and personal wellbeing.
